Gourmet week to be wooed by dishes and flavours clearly inspired by the territory, but revisited with refined wisdom, imagination and creativity, by the chefs of Ristora Moena
From 19th to 24th March, in Val di Fassa there will be "A tavola con la Fata delle Dolomiti" (At table with the Dolomite Fairy). The culinary review, thanks to the restaurants Malga Panna, Foresta, Fuciade and Ostaria Tyrol, united for many years in the association Ristora Moena, proposes four menus linked to the flavours and scents of spring.
Interesting proposals by chefs and restaurateurs Paolo Donei (Michelin Star since 1993), Riccardo Schacher, Rossi Martino and Nicolò Scalet who, in addition to sharing the collaborative and promotional spirit of the town of Fassa, all present "Formai del Mas" (the cheese of the Agritur/Farmhouse El Mas in Moena, which also boasts Puzzone di Moena Dop among the specialities of its small dairy).
Mountain fish, game, gourmet dishes steeped in the notes of the territory, specialities inspired by tradition: there is truly an embarrassment of choice, so much so that the dispassionate advice is to taste all four menus and, perhaps, to draw up - nicely - your own personal ranking to compare with that drawn up by relatives and friends with whom you share the dining experience. Also of note is the promotional price, which varies between 75 and 90 euros, wines included.
